Why I cant import my pst files from another outlook 365 under Windows10 . the stupid message is: 'Could not complete the operation because the service provider does not support it' . really a very helpful message

Is the email account you are trying to import <TO> an Outlook.com account configured using Exchange ActiveSync? Casio watch setting manual pdf. Not sure? Go to File --> Account Settings --> email tab --> see protocol used for the account (right hand column)

Going to presume that the answer is yes since that's the only scenario I know of that would trigger that message -

#2 - Check to see if the account has been migrated to the Office 365 backend server platform by logging into your account using webmail (your browser) and if it says anything other than <Outlook.com) such as <Outlook Mail> - it's a migrated account

#3 - If the account has been migrated, needs to be re-added to the profile so that it gets configured using the <Exchange> protocol instead of EAS 5.1 surround sound speaker sets.

#4 - If the account hasn't been migrated, then the following should hopefully provide the info required as to how to go about things
